Yoghurt and Tahini Dip

Ingredients

  • 120 g greek yoghurt unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Zest from 1 lemon
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix the yoghurt and the tahini using a whisk.
  • Also mix in the olive oil, lemon zest and juice.
  • Mix the garlic powder with the salt and pepper and add them to the mix.
  • Adjust the level of salt to taste and serve with a drizzle of olive oil, more lemon zest and pepper. Eat with veggies and toasts.
