Summer Quinoa Salad

by Lorena

A colourful summer quinoa salad makes me extremely happy. Give me recipes with all the veggies, colours and a honey mustard dressing to go with it all and call me a happy camper.

If you want more salad ideas because you find yourself constantly making the same ones over and over then go over to this post. Also I have a post on 10 dressing to liven up your salads that will be a game changer for you. So goodbye boring salads and hello colourful, vibrant and really tasty ones :).

To slice these veggies I used my mandolin and it’s really something that you need in your life because it makes it easier to slice, make sticks and grate. The good thing is also that it’s adjustable so you can have different thickness depending on the veggie. For example my radishes are super thin but the cucumber is quite thicker.
