Lychee Moscow Mule

Moscow Mule is definitely my favourite drink of the season. It only has 3 ingredients and it’s really yummy: vodka, ginger beer and lime. In this case we’re also adding lychee which is an oriental fruit that I love. It’s sold canned outside of Asia and it goes really nice with cocktails.

This cocktail is typically served in these copper mugs that help the cocktail stay cold for longer and they’re also really pretty 🙂

The best thing about this cocktail for me is the ginger beer because it’s slightly spice and extremely refreshing. That’s why it’s the perfect cocktail to have while on a balcony during summer.

Lychee is this fruit that you see on top of the drink. It comes in a jar without its peel and seed and so for this cocktail we also use the syrup that they come in. The fruit is really delicious and has a sour touch to it.

  • 2 parts vodka or you could also use fin if you prefer
  • 1/2 part lime juice
  • 6 parts ginger beer
  • 1 part lychee syrup from can
  • 1 lychee


  • Mix everything and put in a glass with lots of ice.


To make a classic Moscow Mule just exclude the lychee and its syrup.
